Copying the controls settings from ETS2 helped me solve the crashes when the wheel was connected. Just go to Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\A_LOT_OF_LETTERS_AND_NUMBERS\. Grab the file controls.sii. And put it in the folder Documents\American Truck Simulator\profiles\A_LOT_OF_LETTERS_AND_NUMBERS\. Hope this will work for you :)Just restart the game. And remember to always plug and power on the wheel first before running the game application. If you power on the wheel after the game, the game will not detect the wheel. The game only detects your components at the first load up just one time.
I use PXN v900 steering wheel that I have bought from aliexpress and the wheel itself works but the vibration doesn't work in ETS2 but in ATS it works. #2. Briannospam Jul 14, 2020 @ 9:52am.
