As I previously stated you WILL need to re-adapt the EGR valve, even if you haven't run it because the settings will be for a partially blocked EGR system, not the nice clean system you now have, remember the EML doesn't come on until the EGR requested value goes outside what's actually available, it takes many years for the system to block up
