Hello i am installing the timing chain to audi a4, 2009, 2.0t, i have i question, the main chain gets a tensioner, i put on time the chain, but when i press the timing chain with the fingers the tens 1998 audi a4 quattro:
Ivehad two 2.0 tfsi, one B8.5 and one B8. The B8 had 270.000KM on it, without any real big problems. Under «audi limit» oil consumption. My current B8.5 has 145.000KM on it without any problems either. Just swapped out some connectors for the coils since they become brittle over time. Both were quattro with S-tronics though.
Thisis not a complete how-to, but rather some tips you won't find in ELSA. I bought my 2013 Allroad with 105k miles in July. The car had two problems I couldn't live with: 1. The -4.4 degrees camshaft A4 2011. The 2011 AudiA4's 2.0L 4Cylinder engine is driven by a timing chain. There's no recommended service interval, so long as You're keeping up with regular oil changes and maintenance; if You are, You can typically expect the chain to last the lifetime of Your A4, or about 250,000 miles. Of course, c**p happens. . 395 904 252 943 722 751 408 870
