Turbo effectiveness issue is primarily due to one of the two below problems -. 1. Engine Oil in Intercooler - Get the intercooler inspected and then cleaned. 2. Blocked EGR value - If the intercooler is not an issue then the EGR value could be blocked and need to be cleaned of Soot.
