The fact that you couldn't use the Samsung notes app is actually quite a bummer. The tab s7/s7+ is really fast and writing in that is such a pleasure. Guess this means s6 lite might not be a good choice for note taking and ipad is a better choice at that price range. Hope you find a good app for note taking!
FairNote. This is one of the most straightforward note taking apps out there that comes with a dedicated tablet version as well, making it suitable for the Galaxy Tab S6. I'm looking forward to purchase S6 lite solely for note taking. I used to use iPad Pro 10.5 inch until last few weeks when it gave up. Coming from a pro motion device, I'm used to buttery smooth writing experience on iPad Pro. While I don't expect miracles, it would be great if someone could post a slow motion video of S6/S6 lite's pencil latency.

The Tab S6 Lite is on sale rn for $279.99, it's a pretty good deal, it also includes a pen. The galaxy tab A8 2019 with spen (SM-P200/205), it's kinda hard to find but it's good enough and has native spen support (the pen is included and the tablet has a slot for it) Android as a tablet OS kinda sucks because there's little to no app optimisation. . 51 706 120 30 307 127 308 258
